This guide has been created to support the Building Work Design Capabilities Using the PHReD-T Model: Pilot Evaluation in the WA Mining Sector project, a collaboration between researchers from the Mental Awareness, Respect and Safety (MARS) Centre and UNSW Sydney.
It aims to assist Chairs of their teams to navigate the PHReD-T and consider it from their work context.
