Welcome to the Work Design for Mental Health Resource Suite
Making work free from sources of harm to mental health is a key element of workplace health and safety duties.
The resources in this suite support the development of skills for re-designing work to address psychosocial risks.
Redesigning work for psychological health means changing elements related to who does the work, the work tasks, equipment, resources, and the work environment, as well as the processes and systems that shape the work.
Read more about how and why the resources were developed here as part of the Creating Mentally Healthy Workplaces initiative.
